Entry & Registration Check-in

Gates open for registered devotees. Please have your unique QR code ready for scanning at the entrance. Security check and bag inspection will be conducted.

Closing prayers and blessings. Volunteers will guide the organized exit of devotees. Please follow exit signs and carry all personal belongings.

Banganga Maha-Aarti Guidelines for Devotees

🔒 Security & Entry Guidelines

  1. Carry Photo ID – For entry and security check.
  2. Frisking may be done – For security reasons if required.
  3. No Drones Allowed – It's a strict no-fly zone.
  4. Carrying any hazardous, sharp, inflammable, or objectionable materials is strictly prohibited.
  5. Restricted Areas – Please respect no-entry zones.
  6. Follow Volunteers & Security – They're here to guide you.
  7. Right of Admission Reserved with event organisers.
  8. Emergency? – Stay calm and follow instructions. Medical and security teams are on-site.

🚸 Crowd Management & Movement

  1. Arrive Early – Come at least 45 minutes before the Mahaaarti begins.
  2. During Aarti – Maintain silence; no pushing or crowding.
  3. Floor Seating Only – First come, first served. Please cooperate with volunteers.
  4. With Kids or Elderly? – Keep them close and stay away from crowded spots.
  5. Avoid Private Vehicles, Shared Taxis, and Two-Wheelers.
  6. No Private Vehicles – Use public transport or the free AC shuttles from various points. Check @bangangamahaarti on Instagram for shuttle details.

🌿 Comfort & Environmental Care

  1. Bring a Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated, avoid plastic. (Food items not allowed inside.)
  2. Keep the Area Clean – Use dustbins; don't litter.
